- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation of recent employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance.
- Handle basic employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
