Position Details

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
Openings: 5 Positions
Language Requirement: Tanil,English

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Handle pricing negotiations and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile





Qualification

- Any Degree or Diploma

Experience

- 1–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Deal Closing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or related fields.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer relationship management expertise
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Effective follow-up and objection-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
