Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling hotel room bookings, holiday packages, and travel solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing corporate and B2B clients, generating leads, negotiating commercial terms, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through B2B and corporate sales.
- Promote and sell hotel room bookings, holiday packages, and travel-related services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Conduct sales meetings, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain Sheet, MIS , DRS,



records and submit regular sales reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience in the hospitality, hotel, travel, or tourism industry.
- Proven experience in hotel room sales, holiday packages, or travel solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation

As per company standards and industry experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
