Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat as per company standards.
Ensure proper cleaning, handling, and storage of meat products.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Minimize wastage and ensure maximum yield.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment after use.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a butcher is preferred.
Knowledge of meat cutting techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
