Experience: 8–10 Years on Oracle Fusion HCM

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementation
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant .
- Proven client-facing experience , including requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in OTL configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
- Flexible to work in shifts based on project and customer requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with other Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR and Absence
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an added advantage.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

- Lead Time and Labor workstream during implementation projects.
- Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Time and Labor solutions.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
