QA Executive

Department - Quality Assurance, Number of open positions - 4

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.Qualified chartered accountant professional with minimum 2 years of experience

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and enforce Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good
Laboratory Practices (GLP) on the shop floor
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and filling operations
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR)
for completeness and compliance
- Investigate non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints, and assist
in CAPA implementation
- Coordinate with production, QC,



and R&D to ensure adherence to SOPs and
quality systems
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including change controls,
deviations, and audit records
- Support internal audits and assist in regulatory inspections
- Conduct training sessions on quality systems and SOPs for operational staff

Qualifications & Skills:

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related sciences
- 1–3 years of experience in QA within cosmetics
- Sound knowledge of cosmetic regulatory standards
- Familiarity with documentation practices
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
