Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Promote company services and generate leads
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Support marketing activities and campaigns
- Coordinate with the counselling team
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing/telecalling is an advantage
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
