Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting To: Customer Service Manager / Sales Manager
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
