Marketplace Growth Specialist - D2C/E-commerce - Gurugram - 4+ Years

We are looking for a Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in managing paid campaigns across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should come from D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Jewellery, Fashion, or Consumer brands and possess hands-on expertise in Amazon Advertising Console, campaign optimization, ROAS improvement, and marketplace growth strategies.

Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Driving GMV growth by improving campaign performance through ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion optimization.
- Conducting keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize advertising efficiency.
- Managing advertising budgets and ensuring optimum return on investment across marketplaces.
- Planning promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and new product launch strategies.




- Monitoring marketplace performance, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams including Category, Creative, Content, Sales, and Supply Chain for successful campaign execution.
- Preparing regular business performance reports and recommending data-backed optimization strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement in marketplace visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Marketplace Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising Console (Amazon Ads/AMS) is mandatory.
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and GMV metrics.
- Experience in campaign planning, keyword optimization, bid management, and performance analysis.
- Exposure to D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Jewellery, Fashion, FMCG, or Consumer brands.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and marketplace reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
