- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Experience with managing PeopleSoft environments including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within PeopleSoft.
- Ability to monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to PeopleSoft applications.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
