- Process Compliance: Adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customers.
- Repayment Efficiency: Reduce the OD in the branch.
- Ensure payments are collected in time.
- Continuous Follow-up on Collection with the customer.
- Customer Interaction: Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts.
- Customer Traceability: Trace delinquent customers to recent addresses.
- Branch Coordination: Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to check on the status of insurance claims.
