Job Responsibilities

- Manage receivables for the allotted set of NPA customers.
- Process compliance: adhere to the laid down processes for repayment and relationship management with customers.
- Repayment efficiency: reduce the OD in the branch.
- Ensure payments are collected in time.
- Continuous follow-up on collection with customers.
- Customer interaction: locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts.
- Customer traceability: trace delinquent customers to current addresses.
- Branch coordination: locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to check on the status of insurance claims.
