Title: Solution Consultant

Location: Agra (In office)

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused professional to join our growing team.

Role Highlights:

- Client onboarding & implementation
- Product configuration & setup
- User training & support
- Requirement gathering & UAT
- Customer success & go-live assistance
- Coordination with the product and development team

Preferred Background:

- 1–4 years of experience in SaaS, Customer Success, Implementation, or Functional Consulting.

- Experience with Manufacturing, Export, E-commerce, OMS, WMS, or ERP solutions will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for client implementations when required.
