Job Title: RCM Trainer – AR Calling / Denial Management
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Healthcare)
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on AR Calling and Denial Management processes.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and refresher training programs.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Identify knowledge gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Solid hands-on experience in AR Calling and Denial Management.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, SME, or Process Coach preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of denial analysis, appeals, and AR follow-up processes.
