Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate recent business opportunities and customers
- Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
- Increase product sales and market presence
- Follow up on customer orders and payments
Customer Management
- Conduct regular market and store visits
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams
- Use CRM or reporting tools for sales tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Skills
- Experience in packaged foods

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
