Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate background with hands-on experience in drafting, litigation, and research. You will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance on company policies, contracts, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Providing legal opinions and advice on corporate and business matters.

Handling litigation cases, coordinating with external legal counsels when required.

Conducting legal research and staying updated on regulatory changes.

Ensuring company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Assisting management in decision-making with accurate legal guidance.

Requirements:

LLB/LLM or equivalent degree in Law.

2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.





Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
