Supervisor (EHS) is a trained role implementing site safety using the in-house digital EHS system (MS Forms, Power Automate, SharePoint). Reports directly to Manager (EHS) while ensuring BOCW compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Digital System
Execute EHS policies per BOCW Act/Rules, ISO 14001/45001 via in-house digital platform for inspections, PTW, incidents and statutory registers.
Monitor PPE compliance, PTW system and contractor safety adherence.
Inspections & Risk Control
Perform daily safety inspections using digital checklists; log unsafe acts/conditions and track closures.
Do site inspections and raise observations
Support HIRA for high-risk works (excavation, height work, lifting).
Incidents & Training
Record near-misses/accidents digitally; assist root cause analysis and CAPA.
Deliver toolbox talks and maintain training records via Forms/SharePoint.
Environment & Reporting
Oversee waste control, noise/dust monitoring per environmental norms.
Submit daily/weekly EHS reports to Manager (EHS).
