Purchase & Store Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage purchase requisitions, vendor quotations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Handle goods receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase and store transactions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for material requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare purchase and stock-related MIS reports.
- Support cost optimization and vendor management activities.

Pay: ₹10,835.09 - ₹21,000.00 per month
