The Taste of Malwa is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and passionate Showroom Sales Executive who can provide an exceptional customer experience, increase showroom sales, and represent our brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Explain our products, combos, gift packs, and ongoing offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure products are properly stocked and attractively presented.
- Collect customer feedback and build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Maintain daily sales reports and stock records.
- Upsell premium products and festive gift hampers to maximize sales.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and pleasing personality.
- Positive selling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing/POS, MS Excel).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass.
- Graduate preferred.
- Fresher or 1–3 years of retail/showroom sales experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Bakery, Café, or FMCG is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,524.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
