Position: Recruiter Intern (Work From Home)
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Duration: 3–6 Months

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Share job-related information with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Pursuing Graduation or recently graduated.
- Minimum age: 18 years.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in HR & Recruitment.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection is mandatory.

Performance-Based Stipend

- 0–4 Joinings: No Stipend
- 5–8 Joinings: ₹3,000
- 9–12 Joinings: ₹5,000
- 13–15 Joinings: ₹7,500
- 16+ Joinings: ₹10,000

Additional Incentives

- ₹2,500 for 30 Walk-ins per month
- ₹2,500 for 10 Selections per month
- Best Performer Awards

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
