Job Description:
As a Sr. Executive Master Data at Kohler Co., you will be responsible for the overall governance and management of master data within the organization. You will ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices and processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to support data initiatives, improving data quality, and maintaining data standards across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across various domains such as customer, supplier, product, and finance.
- Develop and implement data management strategies to improve data quality and reliability.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure alignment on data definitions, standards, and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of master data to identify and resolve data issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data systems and tools that support master data management.
- Lead initiatives to train and educate staff on data management best practices.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
