BHARII is a fast-growing sports and fitness startup revolutionizing the way people access fitness through a pay-as-you-go platform. We aim to connect fitness enthusiasts with gyms, trainers, and wellness centers while promoting a culture of healthy living.

We are looking for energetic, ambitious freshers to join our Marketing & Sales team and grow with us from the ground up.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our platform, acquiring new customers, building partnerships with fitness centers, and driving overall business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are enthusiastic about fitness, marketing, and sales and want to build their career in a startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote BHARII’s services to potential customers (online & offline).
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Approach and onboard fitness centers, gyms, and trainers to the platform.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
- Create awareness through field activities, events,



and digital promotions.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the team.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fresh graduates (any discipline).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi/English; regional languages a plus).
- Passion for fitness, sports, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of marketing & sales concepts (training will be provided).
- Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Student job, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kolkata, West Bengal
