Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a bakery, food restaurant, and retail QSR concept. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, commercial, and team management skills with the ability to drive sales, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall restaurant, bakery, and QSR operations.
- Lead and supervise kitchen, service, bakery, and support teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and stock control.
- Coordinate with production and kitchen teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Develop strategies to increase dine-in, takeaway, and delivery sales.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene,



food safety, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Bakery operations
- Food restaurant operations
- Retail and QSR management
- Experience managing multiple departments and teams.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and reporting.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in restaurant openings, restructuring, or business expansion will be an added advantage.
