So-Creative is looking for a GEO / AI Search & SEO Specialist with strong experience in SEO, AI Search, and content optimisation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving website rankings, organic traffic, and optimising content for AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website issues.
- Optimise website content for search engines and AI-powered search.
- Improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Implement Schema Markup and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI search trends.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- Mentor junior SEO team members.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience.
- Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush,



and Screaming Frog.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Good understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, and Core Web Vitals.
