Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through effective problem-solving strategies.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Positive To Have Skills: Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
