Job Details

- Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers

- Graduates only
- Graduation completed in 2021 or later
- Candidates must have all semester mark sheets available
- If your final semester marksheet has not been issued yet, your final semester online result will also be accepted

For Experienced Candidates

- Minimum 6 months of documented experience required
- Experience must be from a Voice Process where customer interactions were handled over calls

Mandatory Requirement

- Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
- Candidates must be confident in speaking, understanding, and communicating professionally in English
