Project Associate

Role summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the end-toend

delivery of strategic projects. You will work closely with leaders from Strategy and Clinical

teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project

charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.

● Assist in developing project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress

using relevant project management tools.

● Act as a bridge between clinical & operational teams and business stakeholders

to ensure alignment on requirements.

● Maintain the project risk register and escalate bottlenecks to leadership before they

impact delivery timelines.

● Support project leaders in tracking team bandwidth and resource utilization rates.





● Skilled in project planning, coordination, task and timeline management, crossfunctional

team collaboration, workflow improvement, follow-ups, and risk

identification.

Required skills

● 3-5 years of project management experience

Core skills

● Ability to translate complex technical updates into explicit business insights

● Data-driven approach to problem solving

● Confident when juggling multiple stakeholders, objectives and deadlines

Location, working & reporting

● Based in Thane, MBC park

● Reports to Head of Strategy

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
