About the Role

Brookinton English is looking for a passionate and energetic Communicative English Trainer to help learners improve their spoken English, communication skills, confidence, and overall personality. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, enjoy teaching, and be committed to helping students achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Communicative English classes for students, job seekers, and working professionals. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Improve students' pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. Conduct group discussions, role plays, presentations, and other practical communication activities. Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and classroom activities. Motivate students to communicate confidently in English. Maintain attendance, progress reports, and class records. Participate in training sessions and academic meetings.

Eligibility





Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or any relevant discipline. Excellent spoken and written English. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Meet, etc.). Experience in online training is an added advantage.
