We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling international customers, preferably in a US process, and possess a neutral or American-accent communication style.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
