Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who can capture, create, and manage engaging content from our manufacturing plant and project sites. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-ground, recording real-time activities, and turning them into high-quality content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Strategy

- Plan and execute social media content aligned with brand positioning

- Develop content ideas showcasing manufacturing processes, product quality, installations, and site work

- Create reels, short videos, and informative posts highlighting uPVC profiles and applications

2. Video Recording & On-site Coverage

- Visit manufacturing plant regularly to capture production activities

- Record real-time videos of extrusion, finishing, packaging, and quality checks

- Capture project site installations, before/after transformations, and client testimonials

- Identify visually appealing processes and moments for content

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

- Add captions, transitions, voiceovers, and background music

- Optimize videos for engagement (hooks, short formats, trending styles)

- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity

4. Social Media Management

- Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)





- Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags

- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

- Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy

5. Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with production and sales teams to plan shoots

- Ensure minimal disruption while capturing factory operations

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management and video content creation

- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, etc.)

- Good understanding of lighting, angles, and mobile videography

- Ability to work independently in factory and site environments

- Basic knowledge of construction/building materials is a plus

- Strong storytelling and visual sense

- Proactive in identifying content opportunities

- Creative thinker with practical execution ability
