- Manage and maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and service issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customers and sales activities.
- Track leads, customer follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain proper follow-up.
- Analyze customer feedback and share important insights with management.
- Support the sales team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
