About the Role- As an Architect, you will interpret clients briefs, and review contracts & designs.

Responsibilities

- Architectural design - Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.
- Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC
- Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per BuildNext standards.
- Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to BuildNext standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
- Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.
- Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.
- Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.

Candidates' requirement:-

· Minimum 5 yrs experience in design architecture on residential projects

· B.Arch from premium institute,



M.Arch is an added advantage

· Exemplary design & drawing skills with the versatile mindset to adapt to a high pressure start up work environment

· Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail.

· Ability to communicate effectively the design plans to the client.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
