HR Recruiter – Diagnostics/Healthcare
- Hiring HR Recruiter with experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital recruitment.
- Minimum 4–12 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Must have experience hiring Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists or allied healthcare professionals.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and achieve hiring targets within timelines.
- Experience working with diagnostic labs, hospitals, or healthcare staffing firms is preferred.
- Location: Bangalore.
Pay: ₹15,130.65 - ₹50,000.00 per month
