Job Summary

Star Colourpark India Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our printing and packaging solutions, generate new business opportunities, and maintain long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
- Promote the company's Offset Printing, Digital Printing, Packaging, Labels, Brochures, Catalogues, Business Cards, Stickers, and Commercial Printing services.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and provide suitable printing solutions.
- Follow up on leads until successful order conversion.
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain customer database and sales records using CRM or ERP software.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products through social media, email marketing, exhibitions,



trade shows, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify recent industries and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop promotional materials including brochures, flyers, catalogues, and presentations.
- Support branding and promotional activities to increase market visibility.

Business Development

- Build relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, educational institutions, hospitals, retail chains, manufacturers, and SMEs.
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase business volume.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Expand the company's customer base across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions.

Daily Responsibilities

- Visit prospective customers.
- Attend client meetings and product presentations.
- Generate quotations and follow-up reports.
- Update CRM with customer interactions.
- Coordinate order processing with production.
- Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in the Printing, Packaging, Advertising,



or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
