- Greet and engage walk-in customers/leads; understand requirements and recommend suitable products/courses
- Explain offerings, pricing, and enrollment/purchase process clearly
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
- Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets
- Maintain CRM/lead tracker with accurate, updated records
- Coordinate with marketing team on walk-in conversion from campaigns
- Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales support
- Process documentation, fee collection, and enrollment formalities
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and outreach activities
Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline); prior sales experience preferred
- Robust communication skills (local language + English)
- Target-driven, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer/CRM proficiency
- Two-wheeler preferred (for outreach)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
