Location: As per assigned client locations (field role with travel)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site verification and surveillance assessments for ZED Bronze-certified units as per scheme guidelines.

- Verify implementation status of ZED requirements at client premises through document review, process observation, and operational checks.

- Collect assessment evidence, photographs, and compliance data systematically during site visits.

- Prepare and submit detailed assessment reports with findings, non-conformities, and photographic evidence within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with client representatives for audit planning, scheduling, and execution.

- Ensure strict compliance with ZED Scheme guidelines, assessment procedures, and ethical standards.

- Support closure of non-conformities and observations by reviewing corrective evidence submitted by clients.

- Maintain professional conduct and effective communication during all client interactions and site visits.

Competency Requirements

- Must be a Graduate in any stream

- Understanding of ZED Scheme requirements,



Bronze level parameters, and surveillance assessment methodology.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, MSME operations, and shop-floor practices (prior industrial or audit experience preferred).

- Prior experience as a ZED Facilitator will be given strong preference.

- Good written and verbal English for report writing and client coordination.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email handling) is mandatory.

- Strong ability to observe shop-floor practices, verify records, and identify gaps independently.

- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site assessments (two-wheeler/driving capability is an added advantage).

- Ability to handle multiple site assessments simultaneously and meet strict reporting deadlines.

- Ethical conduct, discipline, and qualified demeanor during client interactions.
