Job Summary

Queens Bay International is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive Assistant to support recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership potential, take ownership of responsibilities, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain employee records.
- Prepare and maintain employee files (physical & digital).




- Manage joining kits and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain HR MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Positive knowledge of hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
