Objective of the Role:

The objective of the Learning & Development (L&D;) Trainer role is to design, deliver, and manage effective learning solutions that enable internal employees and external stakeholders to build skills, adopt products efficiently, and improve performance, thereby supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Training Design & Delivery:

- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Facilitate internal onboarding and role-based training for employees across functions.
- Conduct external product and process training for clients, partners, and customers.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

2. Learning Need Analysis:

- Conduct training needs assessments through stakeholder discussions, surveys, performance data, and feedback.
- Identify skill gaps for internal teams and client organizations.
- Recommend appropriate learning solutions and development interventions.

3. Curriculum & Content Development:

- Develop structured curricula, learning paths, and training roadmaps.
- Create training materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, user manuals, videos, assessments, and job aids.
- Customize training content based on industry, client requirements, and product updates.

4. Soft Skills & Behavioral Training:

- Design and deliver training programs on communication, presentation skills, customer handling, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Support behavioral change through experiential learning, activities,



and role plays.

5. Technical & Process Training:

- Deliver training on company products, SaaS platforms, HRMS modules, workflows, and processes.
- Train internal teams on product features, updates, and best practices.
- Enable clients to effectively use Violet InfoSystems applications for learning, assessment, training, sales, and support.

6. Coaching & Performance Improvement:

- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Support managers with performance improvement initiatives and learning interventions.
- Track post-training application and effectiveness.

7. LMS Management & Reporting:

- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload courses, manage users, track enrollments, assessments, and certifications.
- Generate training reports, dashboards, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.

8. Upskilling & Development Programs:

- Plan and implement continuous learning and upskilling initiatives.
- Support digital learning, microlearning, and self-paced learning programs.
- Stay updated with learning trends, SaaS training methodologies, and industry best practices.

9. Stakeholder Interaction:

- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, HR, and Leadership teams.
- Coordinate with external clients, partners, and vendors for training delivery.
- Act as a learning consultant for clients during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong training facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of SaaS products, HRMS platforms, or enterprise applications (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to train diverse audiences (employees, clients, senior leaders).
- Proficiency in LMS tools and learning analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
