Partnering with management to determine staffing needs
Recruitment of required manpower as per requirement
Screening resumes, selecting candidates, and performing interviews
Performing reference and background checks
Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Publish a post on online job boards/portals, and LinkedIn to find qualified candidates for open positions
Handle company’s Social Media for open jobs and other works
Manages calendars and schedules appointments
Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
