About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising, and SEO. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive qualified leads, website traffic, and revenue growth.

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Jodhpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and maximize ROI, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Create, monitor, and optimize lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and campaign creatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Track competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills





- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Performance Marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce marketing will be an added advantage.
