Job Description: Product Management Intern – SPARK program

About Us:
Deep Connection Innovation Pvt Ltd is focused on creating impactful programs and digital tools to enhance child wellbeing and transform therapy outcomes. We are looking for a passionate Product Management Intern to join our team and play a key role in delivering and improving our CWP (Child Wellness Program).

Role: Product Management Intern – SPARK Program
Location: Gurgaon
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension/full-time offer)

Key Responsibilities

- Support Program Management:
- Collaborate with team to plan, track, and execute the Special Talents Program roadmap.
- Coordinate with therapists, educators, marketing and tech teams to gather feedback and requirements.
- User Experience Improvement:
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Work on designing, testing, and implementing improvements to both digital and offline user journeys.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, or process flows to support product decisions.
- Tech Tools Development:
- Contribute ideas for building and optimizing tech tools that support the program and assessments.
- Coordinate with engineering to specify, test, and refine digital products (e.g., apps, dashboards, resources).
- Ensure tech tools are user-friendly, reliable, and enhance the therapeutic experience.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze user engagement and therapy outcome data to identify areas for program enhancement.
- Prepare clear documentation and reports to aid decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, operations,



and customer success to ensure effective program delivery and communication.
- Participate in user training, onboarding, and support activities as needed.

Creativity Is a Must / or A degree in psychology /or understanding of social dynamics of autism and other neuro-divergence

Who You Are

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Education, Engineering, Design, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Interest in child development, wellbeing, psychology, or digital health is a big plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Miro), data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), and/or project management tools (Asana, Trello) is a plus.
