Competencies Required
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with Android Studio and Android application development.
- Basic understanding of Git/Bitbucket and source code management.
- Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking tools.
- Exposure to hybrid mobile development frameworks such as Flutter (PhoneGap knowledge is optional and less commonly used today).
- Basic understanding of iOS development using Swift is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and Android Material Design guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications for Niramai products.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, and development teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and implement solutions that align with project objectives.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Continuously learn, evaluate, and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and development processes.
- Assist in maintaining existing applications and implementing enhancements and new features.
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and development processes as required.
