Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budgeted targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and variance analyses.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Analyze inventory movements, wastage, spoilage, and stock variances.
- Develop and maintain recipe costing, menu engineering, and selling price analysis.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing for accuracy.
- Monitor receiving, storage, and issuing procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly stock valuation and cost of sales reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Stores, Kitchen, and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls,



audit requirements, and company standards.
- Prepare management reports with transparent analysis and recommendations.

Excel Skills Required

- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
- XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other lookup functions.
- IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, and logical functions.
- Conditional Formatting and Data Validation.
- Power Query for data cleaning and transformation.
- Dashboard creation using charts and KPIs.
- Data analysis and trend reporting.
- Advanced formulas and financial calculations.
- Basic knowledge of Excel Macros and VBA is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,503.37 - ₹30,994.01 per month
