Key Responsibilities:

- Provide academic counselling to prospective and enrolled students regarding technical courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate training programs based on their interests, academic background, and career goals.
- Manage student coordination activities including onboarding, batch allocation, and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update student and lead information using CRM systems; track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Support the admissions process including lead conversion, counselling, and enrollment.
- Conduct orientation sessions and program briefings for students and parents.
- Act as a bridge between students and technical faculty for smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and engagement; provide timely guidance to improve retention.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and outreach programs related to emerging technologies.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities such as webinars, campus outreach, and education fairs.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); preference for candidates with a background in technical or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, student coordination, or CRM handling (experience in technical education preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage leads and student data efficiently.
- Good understanding of technical domains and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and student-centric workplace.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using CRM platforms for lead management and reporting.
- Experience working in training institutes, colleges, or ed-tech organizations.
- Strong presentation, counseling, and coordination abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
