Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Sr. Officer – IPQA to ensure in-process quality control at every stage of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in monitoring, auditing, and maintaining compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during the production of cosmetic and oral care products.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Conduct line clearance and in-process checks in manufacturing, filling, and packing areas.
✔Ensure compliance with BMR, BPR, SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
✔Perform routine sampling and verification of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
✔Monitor critical process parameters and maintain real-time documentation.
✔Report non-conformities and deviations to the QA Manager and ensure timely CAPA implementation.
✔Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for quality-related issues.
✔Participate in internal audits and support external audits (FDA, ISO, etc.).
✔Review batch manufacturing and packing records for final release.

Education:
✔B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry,



Biotechnology, or relevant science stream

Experience:
✔Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IPQA experience in cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Hard Skills:
✔Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality control systems
✔Familiarity with batch documentation, deviation handling, and SOP writing
✔Working knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 22716, FDA, AYUSH preferred)
✔Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools

Soft Skills:
✔Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔Effective communication and coordination abilities
✔Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
✔Strong sense of integrity and responsibility
