Job Summary

Biriyani Zone is looking for an energetic, hygienic, and customer-focused Juice Master to prepare and serve fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, and other beverages while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of fruits, beverage preparation techniques, inventory handling, and food safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation

- Prepare fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, smoothies, lassis, mojitos, mocktails, and specialty beverages as per Biriyani Zone's recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Garnish beverages attractively before serving.




- Maintain beverage quality throughout service hours.

Kitchen Operations

- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and ingredients.
- Operate and maintain juice extractors, blenders, mixers, and other equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the juice counter and preparation area.

Key Responsibilities Checklist

- Prepare fresh juices and beverages.
- Maintain beverage quality and consistency.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Manage ingredient inventory.
- Operate beverage preparation equipment safely.
- Reduce wastage and control costs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
- Follow SOPs and FSSAI guidelines.
- Deliver customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
