Determining all required placement requirements and assisting trainees to exchange
all information appropriately. Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the
efficient working of the company
- Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through
Corporate connects.
- Generate recent leads (corporate employers) and maintain the relationship with the
existing ones.
- Manage the internal placement drives, tests and related activities for all trainees and
ensure compliance to all regulations.
- Coordinating with Corporates for Requirement
- Update all placement related databases and prepare reports on an ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare placement reports and facilitate in regular meetings.
- MIS report for placements to be maintained on weekly basis

- Excellent in Email etiquette, MS Excel
- Strong networking skills to connect with potential employers through different
