Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on Interview Performance)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based sales incentives on achieving targets

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business leads through various online and offline channels.
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- BBA or MBA candidates will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
