We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy communication, building relationships, and helping businesses expand, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our franchise consulting services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing and sales team.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain daily call reports.
- Understand client needs and share basic service details clearly and confidently.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
- Work closely with the business development team to convert leads into clients.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Confident, positive attitude,



and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.
