Role

- Support inception activities, preparation of work plans, and implementation strategies for capacity-building interventions.
- Conduct capacity needs assessments, stakeholder consultations, and training gap analysis for community institutions, enterprise leaders, and project stakeholders.
- Design and develop training modules, manuals, resource materials, toolkits, and learning content on enterprise development, digital platforms, leadership, governance, marketing, and business management.
- Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToTs), regional trainings, orientation sessions, and practical learning programs for FPCs/ SHGs, etc., and community cadres.
- Provide handholding and mentoring support to trainers, sellers, and enterprise groups for adoption of digital platforms, enterprise operations, and market-oriented business practices.
- Support strengthening of training systems,



field-level facilitation mechanisms, and institutional capacities for effective implementation of project activities.
- Develop frameworks and tools for training monitoring, impact assessment, feedback collection, and learning documentation.
- Support project teams in tracking training outcomes, maintaining training MIS, and documenting case studies, best practices, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate with district and block-level stakeholders, master trainers, and project teams for planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of capacity-building activities.

Qualifications

Education

Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Management, Education, Development Studies, or related discipline.
